Turning a Simple Sales Sheet Into a Fully Integrated Partnership.

Trust is the most important dynamic in any client/agency relationship. With it, mountains can be moved. Without it, everyone loses time, money, and patience. It represents the pinnacle of genuine collaboration: teams moving in unison to the point where the line between client and agency becomes blurred. But it takes time.

In the case of our partnership with one of America’s leading manufacturers of insulation and commercial roofing, that trust started with a simple sales sheet.

That small project quickly led to another. Then another. We eventually found ourselves collaborating with product managers and sales executives as well as the marketing department. We helped the team further differentiate the various product lines, developed literature around them and built an internal photo library for reference. Then things really took off from there.

We launched new products. Designed tradeshow exhibits. Created a variety of product logos. Built internal presentations. Produced training and installation videos. Crafted infographics. Even helped established their social media presence (including their corporate YouTube channel).

In fact, the partnership has grown to the point where we recently collaborated with Johns Manville on two different products that could change the industry in the near future. With due respect, not many agency partners can say they actually influence new offerings.
